DTF HEAT TRANSFERS

**DTF (Direct-to-Film) heat transfers** are a modern printing method that involves printing a design onto a special PET film, then transferring it onto fabric using heat and pressure. Unlike traditional methods like screen printing or vinyl, DTF allows for full-color, highly detailed designs with vibrant colors and a soft, flexible finish. The process includes printing with water-based inks, applying a hot-melt adhesive powder, and curing the design before heat-pressing it onto garments. DTF is versatile, working on cotton, polyester, blends, and even dark fabrics without the need for pretreatment. It’s ideal for small batches, intricate artwork, and custom apparel, offering durability and a professional look without the setup costs of screen printing. However, it requires proper curing to ensure washability and longevity.
